Key Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform using Kotlin and Java.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Work with outside data sources and APIs to integrate third-party services.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends in mobile technologies and apply them to ongoing projects.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Android Developer with a strong portfolio of published apps.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java, with a solid understanding of the Android SDK.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and JSON data parsing.
• Familiarity with MVVM architecture and modern Android development tools (e.g., Jetpack Compose, Room, Coroutines).
• Knowledge of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines.
• Experience with version control tools, especially Git.
• Strong debugging and optimization skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
